Materials such as 45 #, 40Cr, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 18CrNiMo7-6, etc. In addition, Baohua Company has independently developed the double cavity forging process, which can greatly improve the forging efficiency and reduce the blanking weight, and ultimately achieve the goal of cost saving. Forging is carried out on different forging equipment units according to different weights. The weight of forged products can reach 6kg-500kg. Forging needs to be completed through heating, pre forging, forming, trimming and other processes.

1) Large weight range. Forgings range from a few grams to hundreds of tons.
2) The quality is higher than the casting. The mechanical property of forgings is superior to that of castings, and they can withstand greater impact force and other heavy loads. Therefore, forgings are used for some important and stressed parts. [1]
For high carbide steel, the quality of forgings is better than that of rolled steel. For example, rolling materials such as high-speed steel can meet the requirements only after forging. In particular, the high-speed steel milling cutter must be modified.
3) The lightest. On the premise of ensuring the design strength, the forging is lighter than the casting, reducing the weight of the machine itself, which is of great significance to vehicles, aircraft, vehicles and aerospace equipment.
4) Save raw materials. For example, when the crankshaft with a static weight of 17kg is cut and forged with rolled materials, the chip accounts for 189% of the crankshaft weight, while when the crankshaft is forged with die, the chip accounts for only 30%, which also shortens the processing time by 1/6.
Precision forging can not only save more raw materials, but also save more processing hours.
5) High productivity. For example, using two hot forging presses to forge radial thrust bearings can replace 30 automatic cutting machines. The productivity of six axis automatic lathe is 17.5 times when M24 nut is produced by upsetting automaton.
