The production of oil cylinder products is based on the drawings provided by the customer, independently designing the mold, and adopting the integrated forging forming of double mold cavities. The cylinder head is a box shaped part with complex structure. It processes intake valve seat hole and exhaust valve seat hole, valve guide hole, spark plug mounting hole (gasoline engine) or injector mounting hole. The water jacket, intake and exhaust passages, and the combustion chamber or part of the combustion chamber are also cast in the cylinder head. If the camshaft is installed on the cylinder head, the cylinder head also has cam bearing holes or cam bearing seats and lubricating oil passages.

The cylinder head of water-cooled engine has three types of structures: integral, integral and single. In a multi cylinder engine, if all cylinders share one cylinder head, the cylinder head is called an integral cylinder head; If there is one cover for every two cylinders or one cover for every three cylinders, the cylinder head is the cylinder head of the cylinder block; If each cylinder has a head, it is a cylinder head. Air cooled engines are all single cylinder heads.
