The materials we use in the production of torque arm are generally made of 45 or 40Cr steel. According to the drawings provided by customers, through a series of processes such as forging, tempering, lathe machining, hobbing, drilling, quenching, flaw detection, high-temperature tempering, testing and packaging, the torque arm products that meet the needs of customers are created. Every step of processing will be strictly audited, and the act of repairing products by welding is strictly prohibited by our company, so the quality can be guaranteed.
If a customer needs mass products, our mold design engineer can make molds according to the drawings provided by the customer, so as to realize efficient mass production.
