Oil Forged Flange
Forged flange, as its name implies, is mainly used in the petroleum equipment industry. Our Baohua Company has applied for API-related certificates in american petroleum institute for many years, and it has been approved every three years.
The advantage of our oil forged flange production is that it can be forged according to the shape and size provided by customers, and a new process of seamless rolling ring is adopted, thus realizing batch processing and production.
Our company employs a new seamless rolled ring process to provide forged gear manufacturers with shape, size and material flexibility, lower volume requirements and near-finish shapes to save on final tooling costs. All of our forgings can go through hot die forging, rough machining, heat treatment and other processes, and the forgings can be finished to reach the final assembly condition. Our company has API certificate and SQ1 certificate and has many years of experience in petroleum product processing.
Customers in any industry using gears and ring gears can request a quote for any number of forged gears, ring gears, from one prototype at a time and small batches to high volume production. Our extensions include gear cutting to finished gear size.
