We can carry out hot forging according to customers' requirements, and meet the requirements of ultrasonic flaw detection (UT). Forging can improve product performance and save costs. At present, we have a variety of steel materials such as: 42CrMo, 45#, 35CrMo, 4140, 4130 and so on.
After repeated pre-forging by heating and die forging, the joint seat has high forging ratio and good durability, and is suitable for key accessories of multiple devices.
