The manufacturing process of the support shaft roughly includes the following steps:
1. Material preparation: Select suitable raw materials for processing, usually steel or cast iron.
2. Processing and manufacturing: According to the design drawings of the support shaft, the raw materials are processed and manufactured by using lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and other machines. The machining process mainly includes turning, drilling, tapping, grinding, etc., so as to make various parts of the supporting shaft.
3. Heat treatment: all parts of the support shaft are tempered or quenched to improve the hardness, strength and wear resistance of the support shaft.
4. Surface treatment: the surface of the support shaft is ground and polished to reduce the surface roughness and improve the smoothness of the support shaft.
5. Assembly: Assemble all parts of the support shaft together to form a complete support shaft. In the process of assembly, attention should be paid to oiling, assembly size and adjusting bearing preload.
6. Test run: Test run the support shaft to check whether it rotates smoothly, whether the bearing is clamped and whether the transmission accuracy meets the requirements.
7. Debugging and quality inspection: Debugging and quality inspection of the support shaft, including various technical indicators, appearance quality inspection and transmission performance test.
8. Ex-factory: packaging, marking and delivery are carried out according to the requirements of users, and finally the support shaft is delivered to users for use.
