When we are producing cylinder head products, Baohua Company will produce products according to different materials according to the requirements specified by customers. For example: 45 #, 40Cr, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 18CrNiMo7-6, etc.
In addition, our company conducts forging on different forging equipment units according to different weights. The weight of forged products can reach 6kg - 500kg. Forging needs to be completed through heating, pre forging, forming, trimming and other processes. In addition, Baohua Company can provide rough machining blanks or finished parts according to customer requirements.
The cylinder head is used to seal the gas, form a combustion space with the piston, and bear the role of high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The operation of the cylinder head is:
(1) The cylinder head is subject to high temperature and high pressure gas, and bears great bolt pre tightening force, resulting in high mechanical stress.
(2) The structure of the cylinder head is complex, and the temperature field is seriously uneven, which leads to large thermal stress, and even cracks and overall deformation of the cylinder head
Therefore, the design requirements of the cylinder head are
(1) It has sufficient rigidity and strength, small working deformation and ensures sealing.
(2) Reasonably arrange the combustion chamber, valve and air passage to ensure the working performance of the engine.
(3) Good processability, uniform temperature field as far as possible, reduce thermal stress and avoid hot cracking.
